A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, which can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid directly at the accommodation. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount upfront via credit card or bank transfer. There is no right of withdrawal as per the Consumer Protection Code; however, we offer the following cancellation terms:
Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
No additional cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival
A fee of 40% of the total booked amount will be charged.
Cancellation between 14 and 6 days before arrival
A fee of 60% of the total booked amount will be charged.
Cancellation within 5 days before arrival
100% of the total booked amount will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will apply for the unused days of the booking.
